Villagers have been taking in the views of Central Lake from the town center area, perfecting their swing with the Central Lake Driving Range and Golf Shop, teeing off at Bellaire Executive Course, and enjoying open-air play on Olympia Recreation’s outdoor courts. Dining favorites along the waterfront—like Prime + Ember—have added even more reasons to gather, relax, and stay awhile.
Now Open: Olympia Recreation & Along the Wharf
The Grand Opening of Olympia Recreation brings Villagers indoors to a whole new lineup of spaces designed for fitness, creativity, and friendly competition. Inside, you’ll find programmed play at The Athletic Club, arts & crafts studios, gathering rooms, The Fit Club, and even a sneak peek at The Summit Rock Climbing Wall before it opens.
Just outside, new offerings abound along Central Lake at the wharf: The Boathouse, peaceful walks on Nadine Trail by the water and outdoor fitness and fun at Sunset Island. Together, these new additions create even more ways to stay active, socialize, and enjoy time with neighbors.

As the town center continues to grow, there are so many things to do in Eastport with the additions of recreation, gathering spaces, dining, and entertainment experiences coming soon. Several new additions are already underway, including signature restaurants like Oak & Stone, Tacos and Tequila, Yamas, Sundaze Ice Cream Shoppe, and Lucky Goat Coffee, along with new shopping options such as Mia Sorella boutique and Found for Home gift & décor.
