What’s Next for Golf in The Villages
With new courses opening and more soon taking shape, golf in The Villages continues to offer more ways to enjoy the game you love. New Executive Golf Courses Opening Soon
Two new Executive Golf courses — Beautyberry and Honeysuckle — are gearing up to welcome players, as excitement builds towards their openings. Designed to complement each other in look and feel while offering unique challenges. Beautyberry offers slightly longer holes, gentle rolling terrain, and more movement on the greens, while Honeysuckle leans a bit shorter with eye-catching views and thoughtful shot-making throughout.
Both courses make the most of the natural landscape, weaving preserved trees, wetlands, and well-placed bunkers into the design. Together, they add variety to the Executive golf lineup — giving residents two new options that feel comfortably familiar, yet fun to explore.
Future Executive Courses Taking Shape
Looking ahead, two more Executive Golf courses — Timberland and The Lakes — are beginning to take shape, adding even more variety to the growing golf lineup. Planned as 9-hole courses, each will bring its own setting, with Timberland highlighting towering oak trees and natural land contours, and The Lakes offering scenic water views throughout each round. Together, they’re designed to feel easy to enjoy, visually engaging, and just the right amount of challenge for golfers at different levels. Both are designed for enjoyable play and visual appeal, giving golfers fresh options to mix into their rotation.
Championship Golf Expands Across The Villages
Meadow View, a 27-hole Championship Golf course in early development, will feature three distinct nines, for flexible play. With additional Championship and Executive courses planned, Villagers can look forward to even more opportunities to enjoy golf in The Villages.
