Stepping inside the space it’s easy to see the vision coming to life. The ceiling has been painted and detailed, ready for the elegant gold, tiered chandeliers set to hang above the dining area—adding a warm, sophisticated glow. Drywall is up and the layout is quickly becoming visible. The open kitchen design will offer guests a peek behind the curtain, making every meal a little more memorable.

One of the standout features is the second-story bar and rooftop area that offers sweeping views of Central Lake, complete with large windows that open during the day for fresh air and sunshine. The bar also offers a perfect vantage point overlooking the stage, so you can enjoy live music and events from above.
