Finishing Touches Underway
While also working on the hotel in Middleton, the pair has been keeping a close eye on progress at Eastport. Floors 2, 3, and 4 are getting their final details—tile, paint, air conditioning, and more—as the hotel starts to take on a finished look.
Looking Toward 2026
Hotel Eastport’s amazing progress has Devon and Lauren looking forward to the projected opening in early 2026. The hotel plans to welcome guests to a thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted space in one of the most anticipated new areas of The Villages.
