Vinny Guarino, originally from Long Island, has spent most of his life in Florida and proudly calls The Villages home. With a Marketing degree from Bradley University, he built a successful hospitality career managing restaurant operations at premier properties, including the Peabody Orlando Hotel, where he developed his customer-first approach.

His passion for helping people led him into real estate, and after moving to The Villages in 2012 with his wife, Kim, he joined Properties of The Villages as a licensed sales representative.

As both a resident and professional, Vinny offers firsthand insight into the community’s lifestyle, amenities, and activities. Known for his patience, honesty, and dedication, he focuses on understanding each client’s needs and making the buying or selling process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
