Living Well with CenterWell: Grand Opening

The excitement has to do with taking care of all these patients. Centerwell! [cheering] This facility and this whole program works on not only taking care of them but doing a lot of preventative medicine. When the patient comes the takeaway is this: “Wow. The service is amazing.” Well, the uniqueness is that, number one everything is a team approach. You know, you have your team of your physician and usually a nurse practitioner. That’s your primary team providers. Then of course, we have all our ancillary services here where you get labs, you can get X-ray, you can get nutritional services, you can get lifestyle improvements with exercise classes. We’re here to help them with all those aspects. So we are known for the ingenuity innovation that we provide our community. We are known for making sure that our patients are satisfied when it comes to the expected health care they they want to receive. So, CenterWell is an amazing organization looking to provide that avenue for the villagers. Oh, I want them to be comfortable. I want them to feel like they’ve been heard. They come in, they sit in our living room, they get called quickly, they get taken care of. Their quality of life is better. So the takeaway is our patient satisfaction.
