Originally from France, Stephanie Howard spent much of her early life abroad. As the daughter of a French diplomat, she developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, languages, and perspectives. A passionate and disciplined individual, she was also an avid runner, completing 10 Marine Corps Marathons. Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in languages and philosophy from Paris, France.

Stephanie later moved to the United States after marrying a combat veteran who served globally as a U.S. Army pilot. Together, they settled in Northern Virginia, where they raised three children and built a life rooted in family, service, and community.

Stephanie enjoyed a successful 30-year career with The Estée Lauder Companies, advancing from a part-time role to leadership positions including Special Events Coordinator, Account Executive, and District Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. She became known for her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to excellence; she mentored teams, created memorable experiences, and forged lasting relationships.

When the time came to consider retirement, she and her husband visited The Villages through the Lifestyle Preview Plan. Instantly captivated by the community’s vibrancy, amenities, and charm, they made the decision right away to sell their Virginia home and begin a new chapter in The Villages.
