Sam Mitchell is proud to have served with Properties of The Villages since 2019, but his connection to the area began long before that. Born in Ocala and raised in Dunnellon, Sam grew up just a short drive from the place he now calls home. The Villages has always been woven into the fabric of his life, and today he considers it an honor to help others find their place here.

With deep local knowledge and proven experience spanning every corner of The Villages, Sam has guided buyers and sellers through transactions ranging from the $200s to over $2 million. Whether assisting first-time Villages homeowners or marketing luxury estates, he brings the same level of commitment, care, and integrity to every client he serves.

Outside of real estate, Sam has dedicated much of his life to serving others—as an ordained minister, a trusted resource in his community, and a passionate advocate for family. He and his wife, Hannah, are the proud parents of two daughters, Isla and Zara, who remind him daily why “home” matters so much.
