Even though Vinny grew up in Long Island New York, he has lived in Florida for most of his life. Shortly after graduating from Bradley University with a degree in Marketing, he followed his family to Florida. Since moving to Florida he has lived in Crystal River, Clearwater, Orlando, and eventually The Villages.

Vinny’s exceptional people skills were developed while he worked in the hospitality industry managing both free standing restaurants and hotel restaurants. His last job was overseeing all of the restaurant operations at The Peabody Orlando Hotel. It was during this time that he developed his “whatever it takes” attitude which he uses to help his customers to fine their dream home. The combination of his hospitality experience and his love for real estate eventually lead him to work as a realtor in the Doctor Phillips neighborhood of Orlando.

His path to The Villages is a familiar one to many of his customers. Vinny and his wife visited his sister who had moved to The Villages. Soon after that visit, Vinny and his wife Kim moved to The Villages in 2012. Continuing with his passion for real estate, he joined Properties of The Villages the same year as a licensed sales representative. As things go, shortly after, yet another one of his sisters, along with his mother, made The Villages their home making it a true family affair.

Living in the same community where he sells homes provides Vinny with great insights from personal experience, which he uses to benefit his customers. From his excitement of enjoying the amenities to his experiences with visits from their three grandchildren, Vinny helps future residents appreciate the joys of living in a retirement community and the benefits of sharing it with their families

One of Vinny’s greatest strengths is his ability to help his customers find the home they dreamed of rather than just a home they liked. “I’ve convinced a number of my customers out of buying a home they liked to have them wait just a little longer for the home that turned out to be their Dream Home. I listen to my customers and learn about where they’re coming from and where they want to be. I use my experience in the hospitality industry to provide my customers with a fun buying or selling experience. I’m in the business of making people’s dreams come true!”
