Like many of you, Jeff Jones never thought he would leave Michigan until he discovered The Villages. His mother and father, Hal & Theresa Shilling, have been The Villages residents for many years and insisted he visit. During that visit, Jeff fell in love with Florida’s Friendliest Hometown and made the decision to move here.

Upon his move to Florida, Jeff began working for a medical research company here in The Villages with a specialty focus on geriatrics. He became interested in the massive positive impact that The Villages can have on older adults . His mission is to guide you through finding a home while making the transition as comfortable as possible.

Jeff believes active lifestyles can dramatically impact quality of life, which is why he is a huge fan of the healthy and happy lifestyle The Villages provides.

Jeff met the love of his life, Ashley Hartwick, in Michigan back in 2014! Jeff and Ashley are now working as a team at Properties of The Villages. Together they built a family that consists of two spoiled Pugs (Milo & Gryphon) and a three-legged Maine Coon cat (Trinity), and hopefully, human children down the road! Beyond his professional life, Jeff is passionate about golf and board games with friends.
