Jeff Jones’s journey to The Villages began with a simple visit that changed everything. After years of encouragement from his parents, longtime residents of this vibrant community, Jeff finally made the trip from Michigan — and instantly fell in love with the warmth, charm, and energy that make The Villages so special. It didn’t take long for him to realize this was the place he wanted to call home.

Once settled in Florida, Jeff began working for a UF medical research company based in The Villages that focuses on geriatric studies. Through his work, he saw firsthand how much of a positive impact this community has on older adults. That experience inspired him to help others begin their own journeys here by making the process of finding a home both smooth and meaningful.

Jeff is a strong believer in the power of an active lifestyle. Whether it’s golfing, walking with friends, or simply enjoying a sunny Florida afternoon, he knows that staying active is key to a happy and healthy life. His enthusiasm for the lifestyle offered in The Villages is one of the many reasons he loves what he does.

In 2014, Jeff met Ashley Jones, the love of his life, back in Michigan. Today, they work together as a team at Properties of The Villages. Their family includes two spoiled Pugs named Milo and Gryphon, a three-legged Maine Coon cat named Trinity, and they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child in 2026. When Jeff isn’t helping others find their dream homes, he enjoys perfecting his golf game and hosting lively board game nights with friends.
