Adam is a resident of The Village of Hemingway and is actively engaged in many of the social and outdoor activities The Villages has to offer.

Born and raised in Manhattan, Adam spent the majority of his career in sunny Southern California and Scottsdale, Arizona where he moved in search of an all-year round outdoor way of life. Seeking a more community-oriented and active lifestyle, he is grateful that he finally found his permanent home in The Villages in 2023. Like most Villagers, Adam’s only regret is that he didn’t move here sooner!

Adam holds a B.A. in economics from Vassar College, and spent his early career as an entrepreneur and business owner in the hospitality industry. He received his corporate experience as a National Account Manager for a Fortune 500 company, negotiating contracts with some of the country’s largest retailers. Adam is ecstatic to now call himself a Representative of Properties of The Villages, something he has dreamed of doing for years.

His favorite activities in The Villages include pickleball and golf, listening to live music at the squares, dining at one of the many country clubs, cruising around town in his golf car, and team trivia. He’s also an avid dog lover and college football fan.

On the job, Adam’s passions include introducing current and future residents to new activities, and helping them discover some of the hidden gems The Villages has to offer. A few highlights on his “must see” list include First Responders Recreation and the nature trail in the scenic Village of Fenney.

“With all of the activities to do and sites to see in The Villages, moving here can seem overwhelming at first. That’s how I felt when I moved here. I’m here to make YOUR experience exciting, super easy and fun.”

Adam believes in hard work, communication, and a quick response time. He is available 24-7 and will treat you as if you were a member of his family. Whether buying a home or designing one from scratch, he will listen to your needs, concerns, and interests and help guide you to make your best possible lifestyle decision.
