Originally making his home near Lake Sumter Landing, Adam now proudly calls the Eastport area home. He enjoys taking advantage of the many social, recreational, and outdoor activities that make The Villages such a special place to live.

Born and raised in Manhattan, Adam spent much of his career in Southern California and Scottsdale, Arizona, where he embraced an active, year-round outdoor lifestyle. In 2023, he found exactly what he had been looking for in The Villages—a vibrant, welcoming community to call home. Like so many Villagers, his only regret is that he didn’t move here sooner.

Adam earned a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College and began his career as an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry before becoming a National Account Manager for a Fortune 500 company, negotiating contracts with some of the nation’s largest retailers. Today, he’s proud to be a Representative with Properties of The Villages, helping others discover the lifestyle he loves.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Adam playing pickleball or golf, enjoying live music at the town squares, dining with friends, competing in team trivia, or cheering on his favorite college football team. 

Adam is passionate about helping buyers and future residents discover everything The Villages has to offer, from popular amenities to hidden gems like Edna’s on the Green and the scenic nature trail in the Village of Fenney.
