Todd Phillips

Originally from Waco, Texas, Todd Phillips has lived in Summerfield, Florida since 2020. He attended Texas State University and received an All-Level Bachelor of Music Education degree. He has been working for The Villages Recreation & Parks department since 2012. His favorite recreation activity is working the 5k road races. He loves to get up before sunrise, helping to setup the race, and cheering on all the runners/walkers that are participating. Todd says the best part about working in Recreation & Parks is meeting the residents and hearing about their lives and where they’re from.
