Originally from Bangor, Maine, Julie Phillips has lived in The Villages & Summerfield area since 2015. She attended The University of Maine and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (K-8) with a concentration in mathematics. Julie has been working for The Villages Recreation & Parks department since 2015. Her favorite Recreation activity is swimming. Julie says the best part about working in Recreation & Parks is interacting with residents and guests, seeing the enjoyment the residents and guests get out of learning and the new friendships that residents create.
