Anna Sumner

Originally from Florida, Anna Sumner has lived in Marion County since 1989. Anna attended the College of Central Florida and Taylor College. She has been working for The Villages Recreation & Parks department since 2021. Her favorite Recreation activity is team building with the recreation team promoting unity and sharing ideas. Anna says the best part about working in Recreation & Parks is the people. Whether it is residents, guests, or employees, each are unique allowing the opportunity to connect and share their diverse talents, experiences, and resources that contribute to the versatile “Villages Lifestyle” we all enjoy. Helping people navigate all the resources available and finding what interests them is gratifying.
