Michael O’Rourke is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in The Villages and a lifelong connection to the people and community he serves.

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Michael grew up showing Quarter Horses, an experience that instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, commitment, and appreciation for genuine relationships. After graduating from high school, he attended Francis Marion University before following his parents to The Villages in 1997.

Michael arrived in The Villages when Spanish Springs was just beginning to come to life. Over the years, he has worked in a variety of roles, including Trolley Driver, giving him a broad understanding of the local area and the people who call it home.

Outside of real estate, Michael enjoys life with his wife and four sons. All four boys graduated from The Villages Charter School. The two oldest, Collin and Alec, both live locally and own/manage businesses that serve The Villages. Joey, the third son, is a licensed commercial pilot who is working towards earning the necessary hours to fly for a large airline. The youngest, Lance, is an Aircrewman aboard the Osprey in the Navy, currently living in San Diego, CA.

Family, community, and relationships remain at the heart of who Michael is, both personally and professionally. His goal is to provide knowledgeable, dependable, and personal service while helping his clients navigate every step of the real estate process.
