Lacy Sterling is a fourth generation Florida native, born and raised in the heart of Northern Central Florida. Over the years she has witnessed the impressive growth of The Villages while visiting her extended family in Brownwood. She quickly developed intrigue for the unique charm The Villages lifestyle has to offer. She made the decision to join The Villages family as a Sales Representative, leaving her long-time home in Orlando for the next chapter of her adventure.

Lacy earned her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Central Florida. The same year she joined the U.S. Peace Corps and served two and a half years in Namibia, Africa as a volunteer educator. During this time, she developed a keen ability to communicate and connect with people from all walks of life.

Lacy then moved to New Zealand, where she was employed as an Associate Project Manager for the Māori District Health Board in Auckland. She eventually moved back to Orlando to complete her master’s in business administration at the University of Central Florida and purchased her first home.

Lacy loves both spending time at home and traveling the world and shares her love of creating memorable experiences as a Superhost on Airbnb. She can be found enjoying the outdoors in her garden, on her bike, or on the water. Lacy is also the “proud mother” of two fat cats, Cooper and Benny.

Lacy’s high energy and drive ensures that her client’s goals are achieved, and she ensures her relationships are profound and sustainable. She gets enjoyment from helping people be their best selves and witnessing them live their lives to the fullest. Her desire is to be the perfect matchmaker to help future residents find their dream home in a special place like no other.
