A native Floridian, John Michael has proudly called The Villages home since he was four years old. After graduating from The Villages Charter School, he earned his degree in Business Administration from University of Florida before returning home to build his career in The Villages real estate market.

During college, John earned his captain’s license and started a successful saltwater fishing charter business along Florida’s Gulf Coast. That entrepreneurial background helped shape the work ethic, communication skills, and client-first approach he now brings full-time to real estate.

Today, John lives in Middleton, the family community designed and built by The Villages, with his wife and their two young daughters.
