After leaving the military, he transitioned into a second career in the car industry, where he held several key management positions for 20 years.

Over the years he became known for his strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and his ability to lead teams toward success.

Now, Joe is excited to embark on a new chapter in his career by entering the real estate in The Villages, where he aims to leverage his extensive experience to guide clients to achieve their dreams and property goals.
