Woodlands Championship Golf Course is ready for you!

[Music] Hey there villagers. I’m Ken and I’m here with Prince and we have another exciting golf update for you. We’re standing here at Woodlands Golf Club just steps away from Eastport. Trust us, you’re going to love it. We’ve got 18 holes. We’ve got a par 72. Very generous off the tea boxes. We’ve got some huge greens, lots of trees. got some water features as well. So, what’s one hole or view of the golf course that you think will really wow players? That’s a good question, Kent. I think hole number seven has a lot of different uh tea boxes and opportunities to score. Uh, and the views are just absolutely fantastic. So, let’s jump in a golf cart and let’s go check out a couple holes on the back side. As you get out here, you can see the fairway kind of opens up. Bunkers are very visible from the T- box, which I like that. kind of helps frame the golf hole. Not a lot of bumpering around the greens, which I like um enough to to keep you honest. I do think the key to scoring here will definitely be the greens. Yes, this hole I’m really excited about. See how it really plays. So, this is the 13th hole. You can see from the back te’s, you’ve kind of got the two oak trees right there and then a bunker that frame it for you. Just look how beautiful this is. You got some beautiful natural oaks out here on the left and the right. a lot of fantastic fairway right in front of you. Those trees are awesome. Yeah. Isn’t that a beautiful view? And then you’re going to have a fantastic par five coming back in um on number 16, I believe. And then it’s a a great par three. Get you ready for your final hole as usual. Once our residents get a taste of this golf course, I think you’re going to have a lot of repeat visitors. Absolutely. Tea times will open up on November 7th, so mark your calendars.
