Twistee Treat Construction Update at Pinellas Plaza

Hi, my name is Gary Marlin. I’m the chief operating officer of Twistee Treat USA. We’re here in the villages where you can see our iconic cone is coming along. Construction workers out here working every day getting it done as fast as we can. This cone is extremely iconic. It’s been around since 1983. So, we’re extremely excited to [music] be coming to the villages. We’re looking forward to the villages being able to come out with their families, their grandchildren, and create more memories. Even though the cone is up, there’s still lots to do. It’s all them final finishings, construction workers finishing things, getting the grounds done, inside final finishes, and then get we get to bring the exciting [music] equipment and everything else in for us and start training and hiring. So, our goal is to be opening [music] within the next couple months in the spring of 2026, and we hope to see everyone out here for our ribbon cutting, and grand opening.
