Well, as promised, Ken and I are back at Eastport to share with you when you can begin making tea times to play the new Bair 9-hole executive golf course.
It’s right around the corner, isn’t it? It is. We’re right off of BB Court, just on the north side of the golf academy where the custom club shop is. And here you are. So, we’ve got a nice little putting green. Obviously, we have a driving range if you really want to warm up, but I think you’re going to enjoy this. Nine holes, all par 3, so we have a par 27. I think it’s going to be very user friendly, a level two, so that means it’s kind of a little bit for everybody. Um, got some challenge from the back, a couple holes out there, 190 yards plus, so for some of our better players, and then a lot of little safe carries and some safe angles for some of our newer golfers. but it’s going to prove itself to be a beautiful cart ride or even a walk if you want to enjoy this fantastic setting that we have behind us. So, we’re we’re excited about what our golfers have to say as you should be. It’s I think they’re going to love it. Now, in addition to the Bair 9-hole executive course, there’s a few other disciplines that take place out here as well. We’re kind of get letting the cat out of the bag a little bit. We’re going to open everything on this day. So, we have Bair that’s coming live. We have the club shop, which is the driving range as well. And on the other side, we have a golf academy. So, I think uh once you get into this area, it looks like we’re going to have you for a little bit. And I think every aspect of golf can be covered right here. Yes, it sounds like it. So, who can enjoy it all? Well, Bair is for our residents and their guests, but the club shop, the driving range, and the golf academy are open to the public. It is so exciting to see more in Eastport opening up and ready for you to bring to life. M. Now, don’t forget we do have Woodlands Country Club coming around the corner in just a few weeks.
