[music] We’re here today in the Spanish Springs Town Center and I am so excited to talk about this construction project that we just completed. Let’s go talk to David. Hey David. Hey Bruce. I love the way it looks. [music] I cannot believe what a great job you’ve done. It looks amazing. If you remember the last [music] time you were here, we were still doing all the concrete structures and we’re getting ready to start [music] our finishes. Since then, we’ve put all the tile installed, the stucco, the seat caps, painted everything, finished the [music] landscaping, and then added a lot of overhead lighting and and lighting underneath all the seats. What a [music] transformation. It looks amazing. Thanks. Everything is complete over here, but you should go over and see what [music] we did over on the other side of the Sharon. We did more over there. Yep. Wow. Let’s go look. All right, let’s go.
David, I have to say it looks pretty amazing. What a great job by you and your team. You should be very proud of the work you’ve done here. Thank you, Bruce. We had a lot of great people on involved in this project to get it completed. So, talk us through what did we do over here. So, we added a lot of [music] uh seating structures in front of the building uh on the on the whole Sharon side here. Seating is one of the things we [music] lacked over here. There’s really nowhere to sit waiting on a venue and now you also can just sit here and and listen to the live entertainment every night. That’s [music] correct. It’s like an extension of the square. Yeah, it’s great. What else have we done? and pretty much enhanced all of it. There’s a custommade caps with the lighting underneath it. There’s custom [music] made ceramic tile that goes underneath it. Stuckco painting. You really can’t even tell this is the same place. It It really has transformed the look and feel of this whole square. It has. And it’s really needs [music] to be seen at night, too. So, what happens at night? At night, everything’s all lit up. Wow. All the seating, everything’s lit up. Yep. Even the steps going into the Sharon’s lit up. So, you got to come out at [music] night to get the full entertainment experience and the full experience of the transformation here in front of the Sharon as well. Yep, [music] that’s right, Bruce. Awesome. I think the residents going to love it. I love it. I [music] love all the tiling, the the trees. It’s gorgeous. We want our [music] residents to have new experiences and a sense of pride in their community. And that’s one of the [music] main reasons that we’ve done the work here is to create a new place to gather with friends and family. We can’t wait to see you here. Loving the lifestyle.
