Renee’s French Bakery Now Open at Brownwood Paddock Square

Welcome to the Rene’s French Bakery. So, here at Renee, people usually know us for our croissants, our pan shakalot, um a lot of our fruit tarts. So we have an apple tart, a strawberry tart. Um our almond apricot tart is my personal favorite. My favorite dessert is the religious is a pastry shoe with inside custard chocolate and a glass on the top. It’s very very very good. This is probably the best bread you can find anywhere in town. It’s a whole grain, whole seed bread. It’s got not just on the outside. The seeds and the grains are inside the bread, too. It just tastes great. We also offer a lot of espresso options, lattes, um caramel macchiatas. My favorite to make is always a cappuccino. And our espresso is imported directly from France. So, it’s very, very good. Well, I had a chocolate croissant, but I mean, you could taste the butter and the chocolate was just perfect cuz it melted a little bit. It was great. This was very flaky, light, um just perfect amount of ingredients. We’re going to be talking about, you know, we’ll be here on a regular basis. They put out new things every day. Everything is always so beautiful. It always tastes so good. Everything is made in house. Stephanie and Kristoff, they put their hearts and their souls into this place and everything is always so like authentic. You can really taste the love.
