Prime + Ember Now Open for Business

[Music] Oh, it’s time to come to Prime and Ember. We’re open the spot here. I mean, you can’t go wrong. You got the square across the street enjoying, you know, some drinks and some food and overseeing the balcony which just faces the stage. It can’t get any better. It’s just a it’s a great location. And this is the first time we’ve done this kind of service. Our other restaurants we do high level service but to this one we did a frontto back service which we have a back server paired up with a captain and they are a team that serve our guests to make sure they get the ultimate elevated experience of their dining when they come in. Just that genuine hospitality that FMK always in our culture that we want to provide. [Music] Chef Britney, Chef Pabel and Chef Julian worked really hard on this menu. It’s just it’s an elevated menu. The culinary team in general just did a really nice job presented plated in a gold standard plate to our guests. [Music] Our steaks are a great choice. The pastas, we got the tuna tataki, that’s my favorite to start off with, but the lobster bis soup. There’s a lot of action at the table that we do. But at the end, I will tell you one personal favorite of mine is the s’mores. getting the s’mores. It’s smoked at the table, you know, right there. It just it’s it’s amazing. But our steaks are going to be the highlight of our menu. I can’t be more proud of my team and my managers of what they put in, the hard work they put in to get ready for this day and opening a Prime and Ember.
