Welcome to Prime and Ember Signature Steakhouse. We’re honored to be the first restaurant to open here at Eastport Town Center. I know you’re going to love it and we are so excited to be putting all the finishing touches on the inside. So, let’s go take a look. Let’s go.
So, right now we’re standing in the entryway to Prime and Ember. You’ll walk in and see the beautiful bar with Italian chairs and bar stools as well as a nice antiqu mirror bar. Yeah, we are just over the moon with how the interior turned out. We wanted to do something with a little bit more of an elevated feel, something different that we haven’t done before. So, you’ll see a lot of wood and stone, a lot of things that just elevate the sophistication and elegance of this restaurant. And this was such a great project to see come to life.
Now we’re standing in the main dining room here at Prime and Ember. And one of the first things you’ll notice is the four beautiful chandeliers we have hanging from the ceiling. Besides that, one of the most unique things here is the open kitchen where you can see through to the kitchen and watch everyone cook. Yeah, we had so much fun designing the open concept of the kitchen and I really think that’s going to elevate the dining experience for our guests. And there is just so many beautiful elements to explore in the main dining room. You can check out the beautiful ambiance of the fireplace that we have installed over here. And the booths, the half rounds that you’ll find running down the middle all the way to the back and the really cozy banettes near the open kitchen. and they offer such a great atmosphere for all of our diners to enjoy.
Now, let’s go take a look at the iconic bar on the second floor that we call the terrace here at Prime and Ember.
Now, as we transition upstairs to the terrace, you’ll see that it has a different feeling. We have it more tropical with palm trees, with greens and tans and grays, and we even have an elevator so you can easily get to the second floor. So, we want you to be able to use this space 365 days a year. We have added air conditioning and an indooroutdoor setup for the bar so you can enjoy it all year round. Yeah, the windows are accordion windows, so they’ll collapse all together. When the weather’s beautiful, we’ll have them all open. But if you really want to experience the best of the terrace, you got to see the outside. Let’s go take a look. Now, as you can see, we have tons of lounge seating where you’ll be able to sit back and enjoy a cocktail with your friends and your family. And in true FMK style, we love giving an indooroutdoor bar for you to enjoy. We have the windows that will be able to open up on great days. And we know that you’re going to enjoy the best that The Villages has to offer with these views and wonderful live entertainment on the square.
