Luma Coming to Lake Sumter Landing

Hello and welcome. Welcome to Lake Sumter Landing. We’re here to talk about our newest location, Luma Mediterranean Kitchen. This is a fast casual concept where you can come in, you can build your own bowl or make your own pita sandwich. We have our your typical gyro that you get at any Mediterranean sandwich shop, but we also do chicken shawarma, shrimp shawarma, and we do a lamb smash where it’s a lamb patty and you get to have a base of rice, lentil or greens, and you get to choose all your own ingredients and build it the way you want it. Some of the feedback we’ve gotten from our residents is we’re looking for healthier options and that’s how I came up with all the ingredients that are going to go in the bowl and uh be able to provide that really means a lot to me to give the residents exactly what they’re looking for and uh that’s our job is provide the things that the residents want. So what I’m really excited about is the amount of feedback that we’ve gotten from the brand new Luma we just opened at Saw Grass and how popular it is. So, we’re delighted to be here to open this new location. It’s all outdoor seating and you come in, you place your order, you’ll build your bowl or your sandwich for you. There will be lots of lots of areas to sit out here in shade. But, we’re excited because it’s such a wonderful location being on the square as well as on the water. We look forward to serving you and we’re hoping to have this restaurant ready for you by this fall.
