Island Fin Poké Brings New Concessions to Farragut Softball Complex

Well, we are at Farragut Softball Complex and right here at Olympia Recreation Center in the beautiful Eastport area and we have some great news that we want to share with everybody. My husband Frank and I are excited to bring the Island Fin Poke menu to the Eastport area and we own the Island Fin Poke restaurant in Brownwood Paddock Square. Today we’re at the Farragut Softball Complex. In the last two weeks, we’ve met so many nice people. So, I think it’s going to be great. The Island Fin Poke menu is a fit here in the villages because a lot of people have been asking us to come down towards the you know Eastport and Middleton and I think they’re going to love the menu. [music] We have two different style menus. Our traditional Hawaiian menu offers poke bowls. Poke means chopped or cubed protein. Some Dole Whip which is our dairy gluten lactose free dessert. And then we have another whole menu set that we do for the softball fans with the hot dogs and hamburgers. My husband makes an awesome pretzel pizza. So far, we only have the Wednesday and Friday setup. So, we’re here from like 8:30 to 2:30 on Wednesday and Friday. But if there’s an interest, we’re more than willing to stay open later, do dinners. We want everybody just come down. If you’re going to the gym, you’re playing pickle ball, if you’re at the, you know, the tennis courts, come down and check us out and just give us a taste. We’re looking forward to meeting all of you soon. Another opportunity for residents to come watch some great softball, play some softball, and then get a great bite to eat in between games.
