Exciting New Flavors Coming to Sawgrass Grove

Hi, I’m Fred Karimipour. I’m with FMK Restaurant Group. We’re excited to bring you Southern Tender, Sizzle ‘n Smash, and Papa Joe’s Pizza here at Sawgrass Market What I love about the marketplace is an opportunity for us to offer variety of different products that we normally don’t do and it’s very unique and very different. So, we’re going to do pizza. We’re also going to do pizza by the slice. That one thing we’ve heard from the residents that they want is pizza by the slice as well as larger pizzas and smaller pizzas. We’re also going to have smash burgers. And in addition to that, next door we’re going to have chicken tenders. Marinated in buttermilk and with French fries and all the goody things that comes with it. With the quick casual restaurants that we’re going to have, it complements what we currently have in The Villages, which is full service restaurants. And it just gives our residents more options and that’s what I love about it. What makes us different is we all live here. It’s essential to understand the community. What makes us successful here in The Villages is the fact that we genuinely care. We’re going to express our genuine hospitality. That’s what we’re known for. It’s in our DNA. It’s who we are.
