I’m Jeff. I’m so excited to bring Pawville to The Villages. We’re known for pet care. We don’t just bring you in. It’s not a normal drop off. You walk in, we welcome you with your dog by name with a handbaked peanut butter treat for them. You’ll see windows everywhere to be able to view everything that we do. All of the dogs, all of the personnel, treating them just like they would in your home. One of the things that we loved about this space and within The Villages was not just the physical build, but it allows us to drive what we do best, which is the most physical space for each dog. We have suites. We believe in putting them in hospitality guest suites. Each one is either 4×8 to 4×12 and many of them have another 4×10 outdoor run that they can use as well. So, when you think about what your dog is going to be experiencing, it’s a hotel hospitality four seasons event. We can do phone calls with you and we have  webcams in every single one of our rooms as well so that you can just pull out your phone and see your loved one. Our best thank you is when we see the dogs running from the door of their car into our front door cuz we know that they feel at home. We try and customize the experience based off of your dog’s needs. My favorite service we offer is honestly the blowout. We do blowouts for everybody where we do nails, service your dog, make their hair look beautiful for those photo ops and extend the grooming cycle about 3 to 4 weeks.
