That’s a pretty big project. Yeah, it’s been a lot of fun. I can’t wait to see what the residents kind of think about it. Slide over. Let’s go for a ride. All right. So, how’s it been going? You know, the course is closed. What are you doing out here? It was funny seeing you guys here. Uh Barry was giving me a little grief when I was over at Mallerie about not winning this year. So, I had to come over here and kind of defend my honor. I didn’t think we’d see anybody. Wow. These greens are butter. Perfect for practicing putting. You guys hear that? This guy thinks he’s going to beat me in this shootout. He’s scared. Oh, please. This belt has never looked better since it’s been in my hand. The course isn’t even open yet. Anyway, let’s go check the rest of the renovation out. I’m looking forward to it. Good.
[Music] Oh, wow. I really like what you did over here. Yeah. Like you flattened it out maybe just a little bit. Yeah, we did a little bit of a bunker arrangement over there. It was a lot of uh movement of water and but being able to still make sure the bunker’s in play. Uh, make sure we’re still protecting the golf hole. Uh, that was always the intent, the the the bunker layout. This fairway is so big anyway. Yeah. Uh, but something for a little sighteline, don’t you? Yeah. I really like how that turned out. Yeah. How about up here by the green, right? Oh, we did a lot of changes there. We changed out a couple bunkers, created a little pot bunker over to the right, and then uh reshaped the bunker a little bit. So, that really looks good. So, I think you’re really going to give us more access to it and uh a little better chance of really making some putts. Absolutely. That’s what it’s all about. Know what’s in here. Man, this landscaping sure is nice. Makes it hard to find your ball, though. Are you sure he’s won the shootout before? Yeah. Three years in a row somehow. Oh, there’s one. No, not mine. And for those that like the beach, we got all new bunker sand. Brady, you better clean that up. It’s cuz he won. Now I got to rig the bunker. Well, Ricky, I’ll tell you what. Thank you. Course looks fantastic. Absolutely, Ken. I was glad that we were able to have you out here. We’re in the home stretch. Boys are putting all the final details together and we’re going to have this thing open real soon. Well, you heard it here, folks. We’re going to have Havana Country Clubs ready and refreshed. You know, golf is one of the best ways to be out there and enjoying the lifestyle. And it won’t be long. We’ll all be out here together enjoying every minute of it. Except maybe not Brady and Chase.
