Zina Fenster-Beasley joined the “Properties of The Villages” team in April 2013. Her real estate career has rapidly advanced since starting here. Within her first two months, she was named “Pre-Owned Homes Sales Representative of The Month” and since then has achieved “Sales Representative of the Year” & many other awards. She consistently performs in the top 5, out of well over 250 representatives, in the company.

Zina is a graduate of the Bert Rogers School of Real Estate and currently holds her real estate license in the state of Florida. She has 3 children. Ashley, her oldest, is a graduate of Ohio State University and is also a Sales Representative with Properties of The Villages. Her son, Zane, is in Florida attending college locally and works as a US Licensed Soccer referee in the state of Florida. Her youngest, Tayler, received her bachelor’s degree May 2020 at Polk State in Lakeland, FL. Tayler was a soccer player and majored in a Business. Zina is very proud of all her children. With all her children grown, Zina made the move to Florida to be closer to her mother, Donna Fenster, also a sales representative for “Properties of The Villages” was a great decision and she is proud to follow in her mother’s footsteps. Zina also has two dogs, Roxy and Brutus. Brutus & Roxy are rescue dogs and both are extremely spoiled, and they know it!

A HUGE Ohio State University fan, Zina and her family love to go to the games. She holds season tickets and never missed any games when living in Columbus. Now that she is here in Florida, she makes her way to 3 games per year while visiting her friends. When she can’t make it in person, you can definitely find her with the OSU Alumni Club at the local game watch! She always follows her Buckeyes team to their Bowl game and attends the “Buckeyes Cruise for cancer” every year. It is a wonderful fundraiser for cancer research at “The James”, located at The Ohio State University medical center. Zina also loves to travel (Cruise), shop & walk around the squares, eat dinner & go to the movies with her kids, mom or even her new Villages friends. Now, when she’s not working (which is hardly ever) you will find her at home floating in her OSU pool.
