Will was born in Kansas City, Missouri. From a blue collar family, he grew up in the Midwest. Will has traveled all over the world. Will lived right here in Florida before moving to the Dominican Republic, where he lived for over 20 years. Will has also lived in Thailand, the Philippine’s and the USVI before coming to the Villages in 2016.

While living in the Dominican Republic, Will was the owner of the largest Jeep Safari in the world. He also has fifteen years’ experience as a builder.

Will is happily married to his wife, Paula Jane and has five beautiful children. Marilyn, his grand-daughter is ‘prettier than Marilyn Monroe.” His family is the center of his world.

Will has a strong desire to provide the best customer experience by providing authentic hospitality and developing meaningful, long-term relationships with his customers. He prides himself to serve each customer, not just sell.
