Wayne’s journey began in Ewing NJ. His family relocated several times while growing up. He lived in Saratoga New York and attended Jr. High and High School in Springfield, Virginia. He attended college at Northern Arizona University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management. Shortly after college, he had the opportunity to join a federally chartered financial organization and moved to the real estate sales division in 1989. While residing in New Hampshire, he earned an MBA, with emphasis on real estate and finance.

Since 1993, Wayne has worked in many areas of real estate sales, property management and has been involved in more than 3,500 home transactions, both listing and selling his clients’ homes. His business is built on communication, dedication, determination and trust, while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of his clients’ needs. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen aptitude stemming from his sincere interest, knowledge and experience in real estate and construction.

In 1986, Wayne married his high school sweetheart, Jane, and was blessed with two wonderful sons. Wayne and Jane now have two very active grandsons.

Wayne and his family have had the opportunity to reside across the country including New Hampshire, Connecticut, Colorado, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Arizona. The many relocations has afforded Wayne the understanding of the stress and unknown that each of his customers go through when selling, moving and purchasing a new home in a new city and state.

Wayne now calls The Villages home.
