Walter Kaczegowicz is a proud Florida native who has lived and worked in The Villages for most of his life. A graduate of The Villages Charter School, Walter has witnessed firsthand the incredible growth and transformation of the community over the years.

During his thirteen years at the Charter School, he developed strong skills in teamwork and communication, foundations that have served him well throughout his career in both the restaurant and sales industries across The Villages. His experience working with respected local businesses such as the Arnold Palmer Country Club and City Furniture has further strengthened his connection to the community and given him a deep appreciation for the people who call it home.

Outside of work, Walter enjoys quality time with his better half Jocelyn, his family, and two dogs, Yuki and Ein, as well as playing pickleball, and embracing the Middleton lifestyle. He is inspired by his mother, Samantha Griffin, a former teacher at The Villages Charter School, who is a Real estate professional with the Villages. Walter is following in her footsteps by serving The Villages community by helping others find their dream home.
