Wallace Harding is a proud local, raised right here in The Villages. A graduate of The Villages Charter School and someone who has worked throughout the community from a young age, Wallace knows this area inside and out. He’s honored to work alongside three generations of his family, continuing a tradition of service and dedication.

After years of supporting the Representative team in various roles — and following in the footsteps of his father, a longtime real estate professional in the area — Wallace has developed the knowledge and background needed to guide others through this unique market. His experience and deep roots in the community give him a strong foundation to advise clients with confidence and care.

Wallace became one of the youngest Representatives ever hired by The Villages — a milestone that reflects his commitment and passion.
