Born and raised in Washington, West Virginia, Tresha is the youngest of four children and grew up enjoying an active outdoor lifestyle filled with boating, water skiing, softball, basketball, cheerleading, and time with friends.

After high school, she entered the optical industry, earned her American Board of Opticians license, and spent 26 years managing optical stores. In 2012, she fulfilled a promise to her parents by returning to college. She earned her Associate Degree in 2013 — the same year her oldest son graduated from high school — and then she continued her education while working full-time and raising her family. In 2016, she graduated from West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.

Her husband’s career change brought the family to Florida. After learning about The Villages Charter School, the family chose to make their home in Oxford, just outside The Villages.

After spending several months learning about The Villages and its unique lifestyle, she took a leap of faith and left the optical industry and earned her real estate license. Over the past nine years, Tresha has served in several roles with The Villages, including Guest Coordinator and Relocation Specialist, gaining valuable knowledge of the community before joining a top-performing sales team. She now has the privilege of helping clients make their retirement dreams a reality.

Family remains at the center of everything she does. Her parents, who have been married for 59 years, eventually followed her to The Villages and now enjoy the lifestyle she has shared with so many clients over the years. Nothing brings her more joy than the title of being a grandma, aka ‘Gigi’. She loves having her granddaughter close by and cherishes visits with her grandson when they come to visit.

Her philosophy is simple: treat every client the way she would want her own parents and grandparents to be treated. She looks forward to welcoming you to this wonderful community and helping you discover how your retirement dreams can become reality.
