Tresha was born and raised in Washington, West Virginia, on the outskirts of Parkersburg. The youngest of four kids, she spent most of her time outside while growing up. She enjoyed boating, waterskiing, playing softball, basketball, cheerleading, and hanging out with her friends.

After graduating high school, Tresha chose to go into the optical field. She received her American Board of Opticians license and spent 26 years managing different optical stores. In 2012, she decided to fulfill a promise that she made to her parents, and re-enrolled in college to obtain a degree. In 2013, the same year her oldest son Clay graduated high school, she received her associate degree. She then decided she wanted to go for it all and continued with her studies. In 2016, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from WVU in Parkersburg, West Virginia, all while working full time and raising her family.

In late 2016, Tresha’s husband changed his career path which brought the family to Florida. Tresha was offered a job at an optical boutique in The Villages and was informed about her son being eligible for The Villages Charter School. At that time, they made the decision to move to Oxford, FL, (right outside of The Villages). She is also blessed to have both of her boys living nearby, and her precious six-year-old granddaughter who has stolen her heart!

After living in the area for about six months and learning about The Villages and what the company believes in, Tresha decided to take a leap of faith and obtained her real estate license. She has now been working for The Villages for the last six years in a few different roles. She started as a guest coordinator and relocation specialist so that she could learn as much about The Villages as possible, and now she is a part of the best sales team, helping make dreams come true for so many people!

Tresha is blessed with having loving parents who have been married for 57 years. After years of visiting and lots of persuasion, they finally purchased their home here in The Villages!

Tresha is super excited to FINALLY be able to say that she is a Villager, purchasing a home in The Village of Newell. Now they get to enjoy all of the benefits that she has been sharing with her clients and friends.

Her philosophy is to treat others the way that she would want her parents and grandparents to be treated. Tresha looks forward to welcoming you to our beautiful community and is excited to show you how YOUR retirement dreams can come true as well!
