It is my honor and privilege to help people fulfill their dreams in The Villages. Whether I am helping you pick out your home, move to another, or selling your home, I am your trusted advisor. Making the decision to move can be stressful. My mission is to make it as easy as possible for you. The less stress, the quicker you can get to enjoy our wonderful Villages Lifestyle!

I am originally from Indiana, where I spent 8 years at Indiana University – Bloomington, where I earned two Bachelor’s Degrees in Public Management and Kinesiology, and a Masters of Kinesiology in Applied Sport Science. I was given the opportunity to spend two years with the Athletic Department as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant. This aided in shaping my tireless work-ethic that I have carried into my career with Properties of The Villages. I truly love the learning process and the rewards of what hard work can accomplish.

Outside of my mission with Properties of The Villages, I like to stay busy. A big part of my free time is spent with my wonderful wife, Tricia, our son Declan, and our two dogs and two cats. I enjoy fitness, live music, sporting events (GO GATORS & HOOSIERS!!), and theme parks. When I decided to move to Florida and work in The Villages, my parents were not too far behind. They saw what The Villages offered. They sold their home of 45 years to become a part of this wonderful community. As a member of Properties of The Villages, I come to work every day feeling like my thoughts, ideas, and efforts truly matter. This culture not only applies to those at Properties of The Villages, but to the residents as well. It is my privilege to be a part of building this community and helping to improve people’s lives.
