Tony Phillips has been with Properties of The Villages® since 2012. A Florida Native, born and raised in Miami, the Real Estate business has been a passion for Tony since purchasing his first investment property at the age of 19. A graduate of Florida State University with a Business degree and majoring in Real Estate, he has over 30 years in the real estate business.

Tony’s best part of his job is giving his customers honest and sincere guidance. Buying and selling homes should be an easy and simple process, and never uncomfortable or stressful. Tony is relentless in his quest to make the buying and selling experience easy and have some fun along the way! He is dedicated to working on “your dream,” which is an important part of being an advisor focused on you!

In 2004 Tony moved to the Dominican Republic and opened a real estate office. While there he met his beautiful wife, Ruth, and now they have two wonderful boys, Mitchell and George. Tony and Ruth agree that Mitchell and George keep them quite entertained. Most evenings and weekends are spent following the pursuits of their active boys which makes for a truly blessed life.
