Tom has lived and worked in The Villages for over 19 years along with his wife of 47 years.

They have a son, daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren that live in The Villages family neighborhood.

Born in Brooklyn NY, and raised on Long Island NY, Tom earned a Criminal Justice degree. His dad spent over 20 proud years with the New York City Police Department. However, Tom decided to take a different path in life. He accepted a position with P.C. Richard & Sons – The #1 appliance-electronics retailer in the NY – metro area. A family-owned business with dedicated values of reliability and integrity. These are the core values that Tom lives and works by today. Tom worked there in sales, marketing and purchasing.

In 1989 he moved his family to Ocala, Florida to be closer to his retired in-laws and to live in the sunshine.

Tom worked and successfully managed four appliance – electronic stores owned by Tandy Corporation in Gainesville and Ocala, Fl with outstanding sales achievements.

Tom was offered a sales position with AT&T Wireless Ocala in corporate sales.

The Sumter County Sheriff’s department and The Villages were his two favorite accounts.

Tom & Roseann decided to obtain real estate licenses and to live and work in the same community. What could be better than The Villages?

They started with The Villages in 2003. In 2005 Tom started selling and listing homes and Roseann became a relocation specialist.

For fun they enjoy sharing the squares with their friends and family, concerts at The Sharon and Savannah center, dining, traveling, billiards, putt and play, and just sitting by the pool.

Tom has served on the boards of the Rotary Club of The Villages and The Villages Philharmonic Orchestra and was the president of The Sons of Italy Ocala. He is active in many charitable fundraising events.

Tom has won many awards for sales achievements over the years and is honored to have street named after his family in The Villages: Incorvaia Way.

Tom has won many Villages company contests including trips on the company yacht and jet to Alaska, The Virgin Islands, Michigan, Colorado, Vegas, and The Bahamas.

Tom is often heard saying “it has been one on the pleasures of my life, living and working here in The Villages, to help people improve their lives by making dreams come true. Over 1000 homes sold since 2005.”
