Tom Ferry was born and raised in the suburbs of St Louis, MO, where he graduated from Christian Brother’s College (CBC). Later he attended Saint Louis University earning a degree in Business Marketing and meeting the love of his life, Brandy. Married in 2011, they began vacationing regularly to Florida and decided in 2014 that this was the place to set down roots and raise a family.
While Tom is working in Real Estate, Brandy works at The Villages Health. They have 3 children attending The Villages Charter School and are kept busy in dance, golf, swimming, boating, beaching, and enjoying everything outdoors.
When Tom is not making dreams come true for Village residents, you can find him either on the golf course with friends or boating with his family. He is very attentive to details and prides himself on prioritizing his customers’ wishes.
