Originally from Lapeer, Michigan, Todd has been a member of The Villages sales team since 2012. Todd graduated from Michigan State University and the University of Toledo, College of Law. Todd practiced law in Michigan for more than 20 years, specializing in civil litigation. In 2007, Todd and his family moved to Florida. He taught government and history at The Villages Charter School for two years before he became a member of the Florida Bar. Todd practiced law in Florida until 2012, when he decided to retire from law and begin his second career as a sales representative for The Villages.

Todd is married to Beth Pope, who is also a sales representative at The Villages.  Beth and Todd have been married since 1993 and have three beautiful grown children. Megan graduated from Michigan State with a degree in animal science. She lives with her husband Carl in Pittsburgh where they are the parents of the cutest grandkids! Kelley, their middle child, graduated from Warner University with a degree in elementary education. She had been an Elementary School Teacher at The Villages Charter School for four years.  Last year, she obtained her Real Estate License and joined her mom and dad and has become a shining member of “The Pope Team”.  When you hire the “The Pope Team” you get 3 full time Florida Licensed Real Estate agents to serve you along with 2 full time office Assistants.  We are here to serve our customer and our business depends on referrals from friends and family!   That is what has made us so successful year after year.  Our youngest son, Spencer, graduated from The University of South Florida where he obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Criminology and History.  He is a Pilot and enjoys flying.  Beth and Todd have been residents of The Villages for several years. 

When Todd is not working, you can find him and his family on a cruise or anywhere they can make memories together. Todd loves to golf, ski, scuba dive and sail in his free time. Some days you may even find him taking his Yorkies on a ride around The Villages in his golf car!

Todd’s customers appreciate his patience and willingness to go the extra mile to help them find the right home in “America’s Friendliest Hometown”. Todd and Beth love hosting customer appreciation parties to thank their customers for all that they do!
