Growing up in Milwaukee, WI, Tim spent most of his life in Milwaukee’s suburbs. Before entering the world of real estate, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years. After serving our country, he obtained his B.S. in Aeronautics and Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while enjoying a career as a government contractor. His corporate roles focused on understanding customer situations to deliver the right solution. This experience, and his desire to make a difference in the lives of others, is a natural fit for real estate.

Tim and his wife, Teri, are full-time residents of The Villages, living in The Village of Fenney. After living in Panama City Beach for over 20 years, Tim and his wife came to The Villages to visit some friends. What they found was – simply, a breath of fresh air! After a long weekend, they could not come up with a reason not to make The Villages their home. Soon after arriving, Tim decided to help others find their dream community by joining Properties of The Villages as a real estate professional.

During his leisure time, Tim enjoys pickleball, golfing, live music in the town squares, going to the car shows, and joining his neighbors for social gatherings.
