Tiffanie is a seventh generation Florida native, born and raised in Central Florida. She witnessed first-hand the growth of The Villages and just how special this community truly is. As Villages residents themselves, they can attest first hand to the amazingness of the people here and the commitment of The Villages to its residents. It’s like no other place on earth!

She and her husband, Preston, have been married for 25 years and have two sons, Ethan and Ashton. Ethan is a senior at The University of Mississippi, studying Sports Administration. Ashton is a soldier in the United States Army currently serving with the Artic Angels Division at Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Tiffanie and her husband have been in the residential and commercial real estate field for over 20+ years. Over the past 8 years, they have focused on development within the Villages area. They own and operate several Boat & RV, flex space and mini-storage facilities near Brownwood, Lake Sumter, and Everglades area. While her husband is focused on current and future development, Tiffanie decided to join the Properties of The Villages Sales Team in 2021. 

Within her first year, she was in the Top 20 of the company (out of 350 real estate professionals!). Her success is a testament to her fierce commitment to her customers and the wonderful relationships she creates with them. The majority of Tiffanie’s business comes from repeat referrals that her customers send her time and again knowing their friends and family will be treated with the utmost care and attention.
