Terry is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky, where he studied political science. During his college years, Terry also served our country in the Army as a crew chief on Blackhawk helicopters and then continued his military training with the National Guard. Following college, Terry enjoyed a very successful career in the restaurant industry, working at the management level for companies such as Outback and Starbucks.

Terry has two beautiful children, Peyton and Haley, who both still live in Kentucky pursuing their passions. Terry decided to make a positive life change when his good friends Mike Fink and Chris Smith, also Sales Representatives of The Villages, encouraged him to pursue a career here. Once Terry saw The Villages, and the phenomenal culture of kindness, inclusivity, and company integrity, he knew he wanted to be a part of the family.

Other than making people’s dreams of a better life come true, Terry enjoys being active, and particularly, running. As The Villages is known both as America’s Friendliest Home Town and America’s Healthiest Home Town, Terry understands the immense value of living life to the fullest. He has risen to the challenge of living his best life, and is eager to help you do the same!
