Terry and her husband Jeff fell in love with The Villages on the first day of their visit in April of 2021.  On the second day of that trip, they bought an investment property and within six months of that, they signed a contract to build their dream home and move to The Villages full-time.   It’s a dream come true to be able to enjoy all that The Villages has to offer.

After 30 years in corporate sales and sales management, Terry wanted to be a part of something she was passionate about. She has always had a passion for real estate and wakes up grateful every day to be living in The Villages.  That love of The Villages lifestyle and passion for real estate fueled Terry to focus on building a successful career exclusively for The Villages. She loves sharing the beauty and lifestyle of her “new” hometown and nothing is better than when she helps her clients find a place to call home so that they may start their own adventures in The Villages.

Moving is something that Terry started doing early and often in life, so she understands that excitement as well as stress and anxiety come hand in hand with any move.  The excitement of what lies ahead but also the stress of leaving loved ones behind can be incredibly overwhelming.

She credits her career success with her ability to truly listen to and understand the needs and wants of her customers. Terry is passionate about helping others and bringing dreams to reality. You’ll find her loyal commitment to her customers unwavering and unmatched.

Terry’s daughter, Lauren, is a recent Penn State graduate and is happily thriving in her dream job in commercial real estate with CBRE’s elite Data Center Team. It was hard for Terry to leave Lauren back home in Northern Virginia, but Lauren loves to come visit her parents and grandparents in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown where you’ll find her basking in the sun in the pool or enjoying the squares with Terry and Jeff.

Terry is fortunate to have her parents close by in The Villages and looks forward to their weekly Sunday morning brunch dates. She and Jeff enjoy golf, a little bit of pickleball and the squares for shopping, dining and entertainment. They can’t wait to see you there!
