Taylor brings a personal and enduring connection to Florida’s Friendliest Hometown, shaped by nearly four decades of family history with The Villages. His mother, Patty, grew up in Eastport, Michigan – the inspiration behind the newest Villages town center. While working at the original Brownwood Restaurant on Torch Lake, she met Taylor’s father, Bob, a touring musician. In 1986, they moved to Florida to join The Villages during its early development. Patty began her career in design, while Bob became a TV personality with the Villages News Network (VNN) before joining the sales team in 1992.

Born in Ocala and raised in The Villages, Taylor has witnessed the community’s remarkable growth and evolution throughout his life. After graduating from The Villages High School in 2007, he studied Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. He cultivated his skills in hospitality and servant leadership by producing large-scale events, and through roles with The Villages, FMK Restaurant Group, and The Walt Disney Company. These experiences prepared him for his ultimate goal: making dreams come true with Properties of The Villages!

Taylor is passionate about connecting customers with the vibrant lifestyle of The Villages. For him, this is more than a career – it’s a way to honor his family’s legacy and contribute to the community that has shaped his life.

When not serving customers, Taylor cherishes time with his wife, Stephanie, their daughter, Charlotte, and their two dogs. A music enthusiast, he finds joy in playing guitar, running, skateboarding, and exploring nature. Taylor looks forward to welcoming new residents and sharing the magic of The Villages.
