Taylor brings a personal and enduring connection to Florida’s Friendliest Hometown, shaped by his family’s nearly four decades with The Villages. His mother Patty contributed to the community’s early design team, while his father Bob began in entertainment before moving into sales in the early 1990s. Growing up in one of the family neighborhoods in The Villages provided Taylor with a front-row seat to the community’s growth and instilled in him a lasting appreciation for hospitality and service.

After graduating from The Villages High School, Taylor studied Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. He built a career centered on service through roles with The Villages, FMK Restaurant Group, and The Walt Disney Company, as well as running his own catering and event business. These experiences strengthened his passion for communication, listening, and building relationships where customers feel valued and heard.

For Taylor, real estate is a natural extension of that calling.
