Tabitha Crenshaw is a Top Sales Representative with Properties of The Villages and was honored among the company’s Top 10 Sales Representatives in 2025. A Florida native, Tabitha brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of people to everything she does. She believes finding your next home should be exciting, personal and — most of all — fun!

One of the greatest joys in her career is working alongside her daughter, Brooke Crenshaw, also a Sales Representative with Properties of The Villages. Together, this mother-daughter team brings experience, energy, and genuine care to every client they serve.

For Tabitha, real estate is about relationships first. Her business has been built through the trust and referrals of past clients, and she considers those relationships her greatest accomplishment.

With a deep knowledge of The Villages, Tabitha loves helping people discover the home, neighborhood and lifestyle that are right for them. She brings a positive attitude, personal attention, and plenty of enthusiasm to every step of the journey.

Family is an important part of Tabitha’s connection to The Villages. Two of her children are graduates of The Villages Charter School, and her daughter Taylor is now a senior.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply exploring your next chapter, Tabitha and Brooke are here to make the experience enjoyable, memorable, and uniquely yours.

Come for the home. Stay for the lifestyle. Let Tabitha and Brooke help you enjoy the journey! ☀️🏡
